Blue-billed duck (Oxyura australis).

The common name emphasizes its blue bill whereas the taxonomy name concerns about its rear part (pointed tail), which is generally not easy to be noticed. 

Their tail consist of 18 rigid canaliculate feathers (vaguley seen in the left photo).

Anyway, I was happy to find the nice photos from my old album.
